Larry started as a sheetmetal fabricator and installer, then he worked as a service technician and manager. Now Larry is President of Wright Heating and Cooling.
Rebekah is responsible for operational control of the firm, including daily management of the financial, managerial, marketing, personnel, and building maintenance issues.

The majority of technicians working in our Installation Department are members of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association (S.M.W.I.A.) Local #33 out of Akron, Ohio. Wages for Union Members are generally higher than for those who are not affiliated with a union. At Wright Heating, we consider this to be an asset rather than a liability; for the skills obtained and the quality of workmanship displayed in fabrication and installation is proof of "a job well done!"
