V.P. Operations 1997 to present.
Responsible for operational control of the firm, including daily management of the financial, managerial, marketing, personnel, and building maintenance issues.
Service Division: Supervise and direct service department technical and office staff, respond to technical requests, provide and coordinate on and off-site training for technicians on applications, new product and technical issues, provide on-site training of customers for zoning and temperature control issues.
Installation Division: Coordinate with immediate supervisors, and supervise/direct as needed, materials acquisition, sub-contractors, and job scheduling. Handle all licensing, permit, and inspection issues.
Office Administration: Supervise office staff to coordinate all aspects of Company operations, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, deposits, benefits,taxes, payroll, file maintenance, and WWW maintenance. Work with corporate attorney and accountant.
Personnel: Handle recruitment and interviews, file maintenance, regulatory management, workers compensation, as well as training in job tasks, technical aspects, safety management and general procedures.
Commercial Estimator 1990 to present.
Respond to requests for a variety of commercial service requests, including compressor and heat exchanger replacements and maintenance contracts. Provide quotes fr rooftop replacements. Actively seek plan-and-spec contacts and contracts.
Administrator 1987 to 1990.
Direct advertising/marketing efforts. Assist Controller with office management. Attend various technical programs and seminars. Work with service dispatcher to establish new guidelines for service reporting, filing, scheduling and lead management.
